Don't Love it? We make returns easy!
We believe in loving what you buy. So, if you don’t love your Activ Intimates' lingerie or loungewear for any reason, send your item(s) back within 30 days for store credit, exchange or refund. Just a few things to keep in mind –
- Keep all labels and tags intact
- Other than trying on for fit and lovability, garments should not be worn
- When trying on bottoms, be sure to wear your own underthings in consideration of hygiene
- Take care with make-up, deodorant and perfume when trying on garments
- Return garments unwashed

- Submit a Return Request
- We will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email.
- Return your item(s) via USPS.
- Once we receive your item(s), we will process your return within 2 business days. We'll send you an email when your return is processed.
